Sydney, Australia Brisbane, Australia Melbourne, Australia Perth, Australia United States of America Canada Global Immigration Assistance Ben WillisManaging Partner Brisbane, Australia Ben Willis is a Partner and Director with Greenberg Australia, senior lawyer, and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0427074). He worked in a general law practice for a number of years prior to working for Ernst & Young and Allens Arthur Robinson, multinational accounting and legal firms respectively. Prior to joining Greenberg Australia, Ben was the Managing Director of Australian Visa and Migration Lawyers in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, Ben had overall responsibility for leading the corporate area of the practice. Ben has worked overseas in the United Kingdom and Europe in a range of professional appointments. He is actively involved in all visa categories, particularly company sponsored temporary and permanent entry to Australia but also possesses a solid background in business and skilled migration. Ben is responsible for a number of key client relationships, as well as the Greenberg partner responsible for our Western Australia and Queensland corporate immigration market. Ben is the Partner in charge of the Greenberg Australia office in Brisbane, and in this respect he has a wealth of experience in dealing with clients operating in all industries and sectors providing advice and strategic guidance to corporate of every size.
Megan DriscollNational Manager Brisbane, Australia Megan is a practicing solicitor, and a specialist in Australian immigration law. Immediately prior to joining Greenberg, Megan was a Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent at Australian Migration & Visa Lawyers (AMVL), a Brisbane based law firm, and Hawthorn Cuppaidge & Badgery Law Firm in Brisbane providing Legal and Migration advice to onshore and offshore clients. Megan has a reputation as being a complex problem solver, and relishes difficult and complex matters which many other immigration lawyers and advisors tend to avoid. Megan is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0209296), is a Member of the Migration Institute of Australia, and has a Queensland Legal Practicing Certificate.
Merridy ParrGlobal Co-ordination Manager Perth, Australia Merridy Parr is the Manager of our Perth office. Merridy is a solicitor and barrister admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and is also a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0849454). Merridy has a strong background in corporate immigration law, having assisted a wide range of companies in Western Australia with their visa and immigration requirements to Australia. Prior to joining Greenberg, Merridy managed a significant portfolio of corporate client accounts with a major immigration firm based in Perth. Monika Szabo Associate & US Immigration Attorney Greenberg Turner Ms. Szabo is an Associate at Greenberg Turner and manages the U.S. Corporate Immigration Group. Prior to joining the Greenberg Turner practice Ms. Szabo was employed with a New York corporate firm and handled legal matters involving the transfer of foreign executives, managers and professionals to the United States. She received her undergraduate degree from York University and her law degree from New York Law School. Ms. Szabo is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Szabo is fluent in Hungarian. She is a Member of the New Jersey Bar and is licensed to practice U.S. Immigration law in the United States. Ms. Szabo is licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Foreign Legal Consultant. Howard Greenberg Partner & Global Leader Greenberg Turner Mr. Greenberg is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Immigration Law, and the Past Chair of the Law Society's Certification Committee responsible for certifying lawyers in this practice area. He is the Past Co-Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the Human Resources Section of the International Bar Association, and Past Chairperson of both the Canadian Bar Association's National Immigration Section and the Citizenship and Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario). Mr. Greenberg is a Part Time Professor at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law teaching Corporate Immigration Issues. Mr. Greenberg has chaired and presented numerous papers for legal education programs of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario) and acts as an ad hoc advisor to Government on immigration related matters. Suzanne De Lint Associate & Practice Leader (Global) Greenberg Turner Suzanne de Lint leads the Global Migration team at Greenberg Turner, managing the provision of immigration processing related to global transfers and assignments. Ms. de Lint advises corporate clients on developing comprehensive global Human Resource strategies. Suzanne has written and spoken on a number of topics related to Canadian and global immigration, both in English and Spanish. Suzanne`s previous experience includes the development of a Canadian immigration practice, with a focus on immigration from South America to Canada. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Osgoode Hall Law School, and has studied at the Universidad de Valencia, Spain (Faculty of Law). Ms. de Lint is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association (Citizenship and Immigration Law Section) and the International Bar Association. Suzanne is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French, German and Italian. |
